About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer who is willing to work onsite from Gudivada and support global stakeholders during EST hours. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, and ITIL-aligned processes, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications following best practices. Customize and enhance ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Asset, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions. Build and support custom applications, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server. Ensure CMDB accuracy, CI relationship management, and support discovery/service mapping activities. Collaborate closely with business users and global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure system stability during EST support hours. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize ServiceNow performance. Maintain clear technical documentation for customizations and integrations.

Qualifications 6-8 Years of Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes). Solid experience with ITSM modules and good understanding of ITIL processes. Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Workspace customizations, and UI configurations. Knowledge of ServiceNow security, ACLs, data models, and integrations. Ability to work onsite from Gudivada and support EST time zone operations. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
