Roles & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Job Description :

● Project allocation ● Capacity Management ● Team Management ● Monitor and execute projects within the given timeline ● Adhere and achieve KPI’s ● Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively ● Manage communications with multiple stakeholders ● Handle escalations ● Deep dive to understand RCA and AIs ● Digging out and analyzing numbers ● Prepare reports ● Draft and share MoMs after meetings ● Act as a partner to the client - provide solutions ● Be proactive - project management and process evaluation

Candidate Profile:

● Proactive, well coordinated & ability to plan tasks efficiently ● Excellent written and communications skills ● Confident and Empathic listener ● Pleasing personality, receptive to feedback and positive attitude towards the profile
