Junior Saviynt Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Saviynt Engineer to support the implementation and configuration of Saviynt as part of a broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) modernization initiative. This role will help transition an organization from a legacy identity platform to a product-centric IAM ecosystem, enabling more scalable and automated identity governance processes.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Saviynt experience and will work closely with IAM stakeholders to configure workflows, policies, and provisioning processes. This position will focus on ensuring identity data is processed accurately, workflows are applied appropriately, and provisioning integrations are implemented effectively.
You will also contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term success of the platform.
What You’ll Do
Configure Saviynt workflows and policies for identity data intake and preprocessing
Implement provisioning workflows based on business and technical requirements
Apply workflows to support new identities and identity lifecycle changes
Configure provisioning integrations using Secure LDAP, JDBC, APIs, and Secure File Transfer
Support the migration from a legacy IAM platform to Saviynt
Collaborate with IAM stakeholders to ensure workflows align with security and operational needs
Create clear technical documentation and implementation guides
Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams
Assist with troubleshooting configuration and workflow issues
Support ongoing IAM platform improvements and enhancements
Qualifications
Experience
3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or identity governance
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Saviynt
Experience participating in at least two Saviynt implementation engagements
Technical Skills
Experience configuring Saviynt policies, workflows, and provisioning processes
Familiarity with provisioning protocols including LDAP, JDBC, APIs, and Secure File Transfer
Understanding of IAM lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
Tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience collaborating using tools such as Microsoft Teams
