Front-End Developer
to convert completed
Figma website designs
into a fully functional, high-quality WordPress website. All content, wireframes, and visual elements are already created — the role focuses entirely on
front-end development
and ensuring that the final build matches the approved designs with pixel-perfect accuracy.
This position requires strong expertise in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript , responsive design, and
WordPress theme development , including applying custom designs to both static pages and dynamic templates (posts/pages).
Key Responsibilities
Convert Figma visuals and wireframes into responsive, high-performance front-end layouts.
Develop a custom WordPress theme or child theme aligned with the approved design.
Implement the visual design across:
Static pages
Dynamic templates (posts, pages, custom post types if required)
Ensure design accuracy, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure seamless integration.
Configure WordPress CMS so non-technical users can easily update content.
Test and debug front-end components across devices and browsers.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Front-End or WordPress Developer.
Strong proficiency in
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and responsive frameworks.
Proven experience converting
Figma designs
into pixel-perfect web pages.
Expertise in
WordPress
front-end development, custom themes, template hierarchy, and CMS configuration.
Understanding of PHP (basic/moderate) for WordPress templating.
Experience with
CSS animations, transitions, grids, flexbox , and modern UI patterns.
Familiarity with performance optimization (minification, lazy loading, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO-friendly markup and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Gutenberg
and reusable blocks.
Familiarity with
ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) .
Understanding of version control systems (Git).
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
