Seeking a YouTube Manager: Join our innovative media and entertainment company as a YouTube Manager and play a pivotal role in building and optimizing our YouTube channel from the ground up. Role Overview:

As our YouTube Manager, you will be instrumental in maximizing the impact of our existing video content on YouTube. Your responsibilities will include curating our channel, optimizing video uploads, and implementing strategies to enhance audience engagement and channel growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand vision and target audience demographics. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel, including scheduling, uploading, and optimizing content. Utilize analytics to identify audience preferences and trends, optimizing content to maximize engagement and growth. Collaborate with the team to explore and implement revenue streams, leveraging data insights to optimize monetization strategies. Provide actionable insights derived from quantitative data to guide content decisions and channel performance enhancements. Strategize and implement initiatives to target diverse audiences across multiple languages and regions.

Background & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in YouTube channel management, content strategy development, and audience development within the media or entertainment industry. Completion of a YouTube Certification Course is a strong benefit. Proficiency in YouTube CMS and content ID system is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using tools such as MS Office and dashboards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital media. Well-organized and detail-oriented approach to managing content and operations.
