Compensation (currently fixed)

₹40,000 per month during the 3 month probation period ₹55,000 per month after successful completion of probation

About the Role

We are looking for a designer who can work across both product design and brand visuals in a fast moving startup environment. You will collaborate closely with the founder, product team, and engineering team to design clean, modern interfaces and visual systems. You will design interfaces for SaaS tools, AI products, dashboards, and digital platforms used by global users.

This role requires someone who can translate ideas into clear, functional, and visually strong design solutions.

What You Will Work On

you will contribute directly to the visual and product experience of our platforms. Your work may include designing:

* SaaS dashboards and product interfaces * AI powered tools and workflow platforms * Brand identity systems for new products * Web interfaces and landing pages for global users * Scalable design systems used across multiple products

As part of a small startup team, your designs will have direct impact on how our products look, feel, and evolve.

Responsibilities

* Create brand identity systems including logos, visual guidelines, and brand assets * Design UI layouts, product screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma * Develop user flows, wireframes, and interface concepts for SaaS platforms * Produce digital assets for web, dashboards, social media, and marketing materials * Build clean, scalable design systems and reusable UI components * Ensure visual consistency across all product interfaces and brand materials * Collaborate with engineering and product teams in a remote workflow * Organize design files, maintain asset libraries, and follow versioning standards

Required Experience

* Minimum

4 years

of professional experience in graphic design, UI design, or product design * Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, UI/UX interfaces, and digital product design * Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred) * Strong understanding of layout, typography, color systems, and modern UI patterns * Ability to design clean interfaces for SaaS products and digital platforms * Strong visual storytelling and conceptual design skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage design tasks

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

* Experience designing SaaS dashboards or web applications * Experience working in startup or product driven environments * Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

Portfolio Requirement

Portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Your portfolio should ideally include:

* Branding projects * UI/UX or product design work * Web or dashboard interfaces * Design systems or Figma prototypes
