As a
Sales Team Lead , you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, managing client relationships, and driving the promotion of investment products like Mutual Funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and
leading a sales team .
- Driving B2B & B2C sales and
promotion of investment products.
- Managing and maintaining
client relationships and portfolios .
Must-haves:
- Proven experience as a
Client Relations Manager
or
Relationship Manager .
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of
NISM VA .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of CRM platforms.
