Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baramati for a Veterinary Pathologist. The Veterinary Pathologist will perform specialized diagnostics of animal diseases through comprehensive laboratory evaluations. Primary responsibilities include conducting detailed histological and pathological examinations, developing accurate diagnoses, and consulting with veterinary professionals. The role also involves maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to quality control protocols, documenting findings, and contributing to ongoing research and educational activities within the institution.

Qualifications Expertise in Pathology and the ability to analyze and diagnose animal health issues Proficiency in Medicine and knowledge of animal health care practices Strong Laboratory Skills, including handling and maintaining lab equipment Experience in Histology and Laboratory Medicine, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis techniques Advanced problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Veterinary Pathology or a related field is required Experience in teaching or mentoring within an academic or research institution is advantageous
