to spearhead strategic account management and ensure seamless service delivery.

Role Overview As a Key Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing large corporate clients, ensuring operational efficiency, and maximizing financial performance while delivering world-class service. Key Responsibilities ✨

Strategic Account Management - Lead and manage end-to-end corporate key accounts - Ensure consistent delivery of agreed service levels through Unit Managers ✨

Financial & Business Excellence - Track budget vs. actual performance and highlight improvement areas - Identify opportunities to maximize revenues and profitability - Monitor sales target achievements and recommend revisions as needed ✨

Operational Leadership - Ensure timely manpower deployment based on business needs - Drive HSEQ compliance across all assigned locations - Build strong collaboration with internal teams: Sales, Finance & Operations ✨

Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Oversee vendor performance to ensure smooth operations - Build strong relationships to enhance service outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile ✔️ 15+ years of experience in F&B operations ✔️ Strong corporate client management exposure ✔️ Financial acumen with the ability to drive profitability ✔️ Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills ✔️ Proven ability to manage multi-location operations
