SkillsCapital is hiring Sales & Business Development Interns
who will work closely with the founding team on
market research, outreach, qualification, and opportunity development . This role is designed to give you
end-to-end exposure to modern B2B go-to-market execution
in a fast-growing AI-powered tech platform.
This is a
hands-on, high-learning internship
where you will work on real markets, real prospects, and real client conversations.

What You Will Work On As a Sales & Business Development Intern, you will support
lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation , working closely with product, delivery, and leadership teams.
Market Research & Targeting
Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
Identify active hiring, staffing, or transformation needs in global markets.
Build and maintain structured prospect lists by segment and geography.
Outreach & Engagement
Support
LinkedIn-based outreach
and professional engagement.
Assist in drafting and testing outreach messages and email sequences.
Engage thoughtfully with prospects through contextual, value-led conversations.
Follow up on warm leads and ongoing conversations.
Opportunity Qualification & Support
Help qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
Coordinate discovery calls, demos, and follow-up discussions.
Maintain CRM records and ensure clean tracking of conversations and pipeline.
Support proposal preparation, consultant introductions, and follow-ups.
Learning Product & Customer Value
Understand SkillsCapitalโs product offerings, talent cloud, and value proposition.
Learn how to position solutions based on client needs rather than generic pitches.
Observe and assist in product demos and client discussions.
Capture customer insights and feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
Operations & Process Improvement
Support sales operations, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
Identify gaps in outreach or qualification processes and suggest improvements.
Help document sales playbooks, templates, and best practices.
