Position Summary:

Outcomes and Accomplishments
As a Coordinator, you will:
Support the client services team and logistic partners to coordinate the distribution of assets through our various delivery networks
Coordinate and support the administrative needs of the TTS team
Manage competing priorities and troubleshoot with urgency
Be able to adapt to the changes in the system and workflows
Manage reports by collecting data from various sources. This may include daily/weekly progress status reports, asset tracking reports, priority list updates, internal project task list, etc.
Own communication with various stakeholders to ensure projects have adequate time for ideal workflows and adhere to due dates for key projects as needed.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as voice actors and recording engineers.
Proactively identify potential issues/problems with the project in process, formulate responses and solutions, and communicate back to the leads and supervisors.
Facilitate effective handovers across shifts and teams, reducing handover time.
Attend production calls as needed
Be open to working in different shifts as per business needs.
What You Bring:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or an equivalent branch
You have experience in a client service position in the entertainment industry, and /or a traditional post-production background is preferred
You have excellent communication skills
You can work independently and take ownership of projects
You are a team player with a team-first attitude
You have good time management skills and excellent problem-solving skills
You must have excellent clerical skills and attention to detail
You can communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English
You have sound technical knowledge and excellent command of Microsoft Windows systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
You have the ability to multitask.
