Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in the MoveWORK platform to lead design, development, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions. The role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, architecture decisions, and close collaboration with business and product teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development on the MoveWORK platform

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance automation solutions

Review solution architecture, code quality, and best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Drive integration with enterprise systems and third-party applications

Support deployment, production issues, and continuous improvement

Mentor team members and conduct technical reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with the MoveWORK platform

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, and system integrations

Experience with AI/ML-powered automation and conversational AI solutions

Strong understanding of solution architecture and design patterns

Experience in leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
