The Qualifications We Seek

- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience - Proven experience preparing compilation engagements using CaseWare - Strong understanding of compilation working papers and documentation standards - Experience handling small to mid-sized business clients across various industries - Ability to work in a remote offshore setup using client systems and VPN access - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files concurrently - Clear and reliable communication skills with the ability to work independently once onboarded

Your Daily Tasks

- Prepare corporate compilation engagement working paper files using CaseWare - Compile and organize financial information in a fully paperless environment - Ensure working papers are complete, accurate, and audit-ready - Follow firm standards, templates, and documentation requirements - Collaborate with onshore team members during overlapping working hours - Meet deadlines during peak reporting periods
