Middleware Engineer

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Middleware Engineer. The Middleware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing middleware components and integrations between various software systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, maintaining databases, and ensuring smooth communication between software applications through effective integration solutions. The role also involves collaborative problem-solving and optimizing middleware systems to meet business requirements.

Qualifications Proficiency in Middleware technologies and Integration methods Strong understanding of Software Development processes Experience in Databases and data management Excellent Troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve system issues Familiarity with system architecture and communication protocols Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Prior experience in the technology sector or a similar role is an advantage
