Job Title: HR Manager Location: Mangrol, Surat (On-site | Monday – Saturday) Industry: Food Production / FMCG Manufacturing Experience: 6 – 10 Years Salary: ₹10 – ₹12 LPA (depending on experience)

About the Company: This organization is a fast-growing food manufacturing company specializing in ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook food products. The company focuses on quality, innovation, and maintaining high food safety standar ds through advanced manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee contractual workforce, including contractor management and statutory compliance. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Handle end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, and workplace discipline within the manufacturing facility. Support and coordinate social audits (SMETA) and assist during food safety and quality audits from an HR compliance perspective. Drive effective internal communication and coordination across departments. Build and promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration across teams. Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee engagement.

 Preferred Candidate Profile: 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in Food & Beverage / FMCG manufacturing. Strong experience managing contract labour, workforce planning, and compliance. Hands-on exposure to social audits (SMETA) and compliance processes. Team handling / people management experience is required. Exposure to the Retort industry will be a strong advantage. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
