Qualifications Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Experience in training and development and implementing HR policies Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and compensation management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in HR software and tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred. Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in the architecture or construction industry, is a plus
