Project Lead cum Senior Full-Stack Java Developer

who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and delivery excellence, particularly within the

US Healthcare IT ecosystem .

Role Overview

The Project Lead cum Senior Full-Stack Java Developer will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end project delivery Architecting scalable enterprise applications Managing cross-functional teams Ensuring best practices across SDLC Delivering secure, compliant healthcare IT solutions Working directly with US stakeholders in the US time zone

This role requires a blend of: ✔ Deep Java full-stack expertise ✔ Angular-based frontend mastery ✔ Database architecture experience ✔ Azure cloud proficiency ✔ DevOps & CI/CD exposure ✔ Healthcare IT domain knowledge ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Design and architect scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. Lead system design discussions and technical roadmap planning. Ensure adherence to microservices architecture principles. Define application standards, coding guidelines, and best practices. Lead technical solutioning in client-facing discussions. Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering excellence.

2. Full-Stack Java Development Backend Expertise (Mandatory) Strong hands-on experience in: Java (Core & Advanced) Spring Boot Spring MVC Hibernate / JPA RESTful API development Microservices architecture JWT / OAuth2 authentication API Gateway implementations Experience building highly secure healthcare-grade systems. Knowledge of performance tuning and application optimization. Frontend Expertise (Strong Focus on Angular)

Must have extensive experience in: Angular (Latest Versions) TypeScript JavaScript (ES6+) RxJS State management (NgRx preferred) Angular Material Bootstrap / Responsive UI

Exposure to other frontend technologies is a plus: ReactJS VueJS NodeJS HTML5, CSS3, SCSS Ability to design dynamic, data-driven dashboards and complex UI workflows.

3. Database & Data Layer Expertise

Strong exposure to major databases, including: Microsoft SQL Server (Mandatory) MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)

Responsibilities include: Database schema design Query optimization Stored procedures Indexing strategies Performance tuning Data modeling for healthcare applications

Understanding of: Data security Encryption HIPAA-compliant storage strategies

4. Azure Cloud & Cloud-Native Development

Must have strong exposure to Azure cloud services, including: Azure App Services Azure SQL Database Azure Blob Storage Azure DevOps Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Functions Azure Active Directory Azure Monitor / Application Insights

Experience with: Containerization (Docker) Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code Cloud cost optimization Cloud security best practices

5. DevOps & CI/CD

Decent to strong exposure to: Azure DevOps GitHub / Git Jenkins CI/CD pipeline design Automated testing integration Deployment automation Release management

Ensure: Code quality Automated builds Continuous integration Continuous deployment

6. SDLC & Project Delivery Management

Strong understanding of all SDLC phases: Requirement Analysis Solution Architecture Design Development Testing Deployment Maintenance

Experience in: Agile / Scrum methodologies Sprint planning & estimation Backlog grooming Release planning Risk management Stakeholder reporting Must be capable of leading projects independently.

7. Team Leadership & Mentorship Manage and mentor 8–15+ team members. Allocate tasks and track deliverables. Conduct performance reviews. Handle technical escalations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and US clients.

8. US Healthcare IT Domain Expertise (Mandatory) Strong exposure to: Healthcare payer/provider systems Claims processing systems EHR/EMR integrations HL7 / FHIR standards HIPAA compliance ICD-10 / CPT codes Healthcare data interoperability Prior Authorization systems Care management workflows Experience working directly with US healthcare clients is required.

9. Client Interaction & Communication Work directly with US stakeholders. Conduct technical discussions and demos. Translate business requirements into technical design. Prepare documentation and reports. Provide regular status updates.

Must have: Excellent spoken and written English. Strong presentation skills. Confidence in leading client meetings.

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Engineering

Experience Minimum 15+ years of experience in: Enterprise software development Java full-stack development Team leadership US Healthcare IT domain
