Job Description: Project Overview The Customer Data Platform (CDP) is utilized to collect and unify marketing data to enable audience stitching and enhance personalized marketing communications. Role Overview The CDP Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and support of Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives, with a strong focus on data engineering, automation and platform optimization. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support go-live activities and ensure seamless day-to-day CDP operations. Key Responsibilities Participate in requirements gathering and prepare technical documentation. Lead end-to-end implementation of CDP projects. Manage CDP BAU activities, go-live cut-over and ongoing application support. Work on automation of existing processes and workflows. Operate effectively in a process-oriented environment with flexibility in working hours. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in SQL (advanced level). Hands-on experience with CDP platforms, specifically Treasure Data. Proficiency in Python, Dig-Dag and Presto/SQL. Strong data engineering experience. Required Technical Expertise Working experience in Python and SQL. Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS. Experience with ETL processes and API integration tools. Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Presto, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc. CDP implementation experience using Treasure Data or other CDP tools such as ActionIQ is a strong advantage. Experience in data modelling and architecture is preferred. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Understanding or experience in AI/ML is an added advantage.
