Leadership Hiring | Retail Mortgage Credit

We are actively hiring a Lead – Retail Mortgage Underwriting for Mumbai.

Looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of experience in Retail Mortgage / LAP underwriting with Banks, NBFCs, or HFCs, who has experience leading underwriting teams and managing credit risk across branches/regions.

What the role involves:

• Leading Retail Mortgage & LAP underwriting across branches

• PD, CAM preparation/approval and credit decisioning

• Driving credit policy, underwriting governance & risk frameworks

• Managing a team of Credit Managers / Underwriters

• Monitoring portfolio quality, delinquency trends & risk indicators

• Collaborating with Sales, Ops, Legal & Technical teams

Ideal profile:

✔ CA Qualified

✔ 8+ years in Mortgage / LAP Credit

✔ Experience in team leadership and credit policy
