One of our clients, a new-generation real estate development company redefining modern living in India, is looking to hire a professional to help scale the sales. The role involves driving new client acquisition for residential and industrial sales, building strong customer relationships, managing the entire sales lifecycle, manage channel partners and brokers.
Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee property sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve prospecting, negotiating contracts, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market share.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, business development, and negotiation skills, specifically in the real estate industry
Clearly communicate project features, luxury specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans
Manage the complete sales cycle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, closures, and documentation.
Promote and sell affordable housing, luxury residential and commercial projects developed by the company
Negotiate transactions while maintaining brand positioning and pricing integrity
Coordinate closely with marketing, legal, and CRM teams to ensure seamless booking and documentation
Analytical skills to study market trends and devise strategic plans for achieving sales targets
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficient in presentations and relationship-building
Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
