Our solutions include Auriga for conversational AI, Collatio for document intelligence, and Concentio for cognitive IoT and operational intelligence. We help enterprises automate complex workflows, monitor field operations, and extract real-time insights from structured and unstructured data.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator, KOL, and expert partnerships across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and niche communities to amplify Scry AI’s brand and drive qualified awareness and demand.

Role Overview As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, relationships, and execution of influencer and expert-led campaigns for Scry AI. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to identify the right creators, subject matter experts, and communities in AI, data, BFSI, and enterprise technology. Your work will include designing campaigns, securing collaborations, co-creating content, and measuring the impact on reach, engagement, and pipeline influence.

Key Responsibilities Influencer Strategy and Planning Develop and execute an end-to-end influencer marketing strategy aligned with Scry AI’s brand, products, and GTM priorities Identify key creator segments: AI/ML practitioners, data leaders, BFSI experts, SaaS/RevOps voices, and niche industry influencers Map influencers to specific campaign goals (awareness, lead gen, webinar signups, events, product launches)

Influencer Identification and Relationship Management Research, shortlist, and qualify influencers across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and podcasts Build long-term relationships with creators, KOLs, and community leaders, acting as their primary point of contact Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines

Campaign Execution and Content Collaboration Design and manage influencer campaigns: thought-leadership series, LinkedIn/YouTube collaborations, webinar co-hosting, panel discussions, and testimonial content Collaborate with creators on briefs, messaging, and content formats (videos, posts, threads, newsletters, carousels, case discussions) Coordinate with internal content and design teams to support co-branded assets, landing pages, and promotional materials

Community and Event Amplification Leverage influencers to amplify key events: product launches, webinars, conferences, and industry reports Coordinate influencer participation in AMAs, roundtables, panels, and community-led sessions Explore partnerships with niche communities, newsletters, and media properties relevant to AI, BFSI, and enterprise tech

Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization Define and track influencer performance metrics: reach, engagement, traffic, leads, registrations, and pipeline influence Use analytics tools and UTM tracking to measure ROI of campaigns and optimize future collaborations Maintain an up-to-date database of influencers, campaign history, and performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing (B2B or tech/SaaS experience preferred) Proven track record of running influencer campaigns and partnerships that delivered measurable outcomes Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube as primary channels; familiarity with X, Instagram, and podcasts is a plus Ability to brief and collaborate with creators, aligning content with brand, compliance, and messaging requirements Comfortable negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and owning end-to-end campaign execution Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and iterate on strategy Exposure to AI, data, or enterprise software domains—or a strong interest in learning them—is a plus

Our Ideal Candidate Lives at the intersection of content, relationships, and strategy Understands how influence actually works in B2B: trust, expertise, and consistency over hype Is equally comfortable speaking with senior industry experts and emerging creators Enjoys experimenting with new formats and platforms, while staying grounded in metrics and ROI Wants to help position Scry AI as a trusted voice in AI, BFSI, and enterprise automation by building a powerful ecosystem of advocates and partners
