Senior Network Lead

Role Overview

The Sr. Network Lead will be responsible for end-to-end Network Operations, Installation & Fault Repair (I&FR), Preventive Maintenance, Uptime Management, and Regional Team Leadership, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Operations & Management

- Oversee 24x7 Network Operations ensuring maximum uptime - Network planning, deployment & performance monitoring - Preventive maintenance of UBR & Fiber Network infrastructure - Ensure network hygiene and infra health checks (towers/poles) - Disaster management readiness

Installation & Fault Repair (I&FR)

- Ensure installations within defined TAT - First-Time-Right complaint resolution - Reduce Gross Fault Ratio (GFR) & repeat complaints - Conduct RCA for major outages and implement corrective actions - Coordination with backhaul providers where required

Team & Process Management

- Lead and manage regional operations teams - Ensure SOP compliance, audits & reporting - Inventory & spares management with timely system updates - Drive cross-functional coordination

Education: BE – EC (Electronics & Communication)

Total Experience: 15+ years (Telecom/ISP/Network Operations)

Strong knowledge of:

- UBR (Universal Broadband Router) - Fiber Connectivity (FTTH/Backhaul/Last Mile) - PMP certification will be an added advantage
