Project Manager

We are a growing marketing agency looking for a Project Manager who can bring clarity, structure and accountability to our workflow.

This role is for someone who understands how creative and technical teams work and can ensure projects move forward smoothly. You will act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, making sure requirements are clearly understood and projects are delivered on time.

What you will be doing

Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations Translate client requirements into clear tasks for the design, content and development teams Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule Track project progress and follow up with teams to keep work moving forward Maintain project trackers and regular status updates Communicate updates, feedback and revisions between clients and internal teams Ensure quality checks before final delivery

What we are looking for

1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role Experience working in a marketing agency or digital environment is preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Asana or similar

This is an on-site role based in Virar, Mumbai.
