System Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysing system and technical requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation of technology systems. The candidate will be working with Web and mobile based applications, which will require modifications as well as testing. You will work closely with developers, business users, and project managers to implement system improvements, automate manual processes, enhance UI interfaces, identify and communicate feature enhancements to vendors, and create technical specifications for developers. Key Responsibilities • Analyse and document business processes improvements and workflows. • Make html updates to vendor applications and carryout deployments to production • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feature enhancements and articulate to developers and vendors. • Updating and maintaining web based applications ensuring UI for users is correctly reflecting desk moves, using svg and json files. • Support development teams with rollouts, testing, configuring and content creation for web and mobile based applications. • Reviewing API end points to ensure seamless processing • Reviewing Jira tickets created to resolve user issues or feature enhancements • Support the testing process by developing test cases and validating results. • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams. • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. • Assist in data analysis, data profiling, mapping, and integration activities. • Prepare user documentation and training materials, and conduct user training sessions Key Requirements • 3+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, or similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Understanding of maps based on CAD files, SVG files and Png files • Ability to interpret html, css and json files. • A good understanding of web-based applications and deployment processes • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. • Proficiency in tools such as Excel (Pivot tables/VLookups), JIRA, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. • Experience with data and data analysis

Desired Skills • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is desirable. • Understanding of web applications and smart building technologies is a plus. • Familiarity with scripting or prototyping. • Ability to create traceability matrices and support testing efforts
