Center Head

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Center Head at Happy Nest. The Center Head will manage daily operations, ensure the well-being of staff and customers, monitor service delivery, and oversee administrative tasks. The role also involves developing strategies for customer engagement, supervising the team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of service and performance.

Qualifications Team management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in administrative tasks and resource management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work on-site full-time in Trivandrum Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus Background in business management or a related field is desirable
