About the Role: We’re looking for a Recruiter who specializes in

Operations hiring

– someone who can identify and onboard ground-level and managerial talent for our solar projects.

Key Responsibilities: Hire for roles like

Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Cluster Operations Managers, and State Operations Heads . Manage

end-to-end recruitment

– sourcing to onboarding. Handle

large volumes of data

and ensure smooth

induction processes . Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver quality hires on time.

Requirements: Minimum

3 years of experience

in operations or field hiring. Strong data management and coordination skills. Experience in hiring for

on-ground roles

(site/installation teams preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
