Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Footwear Designer

to conceptualize and develop innovative footwear collections aligned with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of materials, trends, construction techniques, and D2C market understanding. Key Responsibilities: Research fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitor products. Design seasonal footwear collections (casual, formal, luxury, etc.). Develop sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings. Work closely with product development and production teams. Select materials, trims, colors, and components. Ensure design feasibility with cost and manufacturing constraints. Create tech packs with detailed specifications. Coordinate with vendors and factories for sampling and approvals. Maintain brand consistency across collections. Stay updated with global footwear and fashion trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design / Fashion Design or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software. Strong knowledge of footwear construction and materials. Understanding of D2C and luxury/premium market positioning. Strong sketching and visualization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred: Experience in luxury or premium footwear brand. Knowledge of sustainable materials. Vendor and sourcing network experience.
