Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) SME.
Good skilled on ServiceNow SME to support instance of ServiceNow, specifically within the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in designing and supporting processes for Demand Management, Project Management, Agile, Financial Management, Project Workspace, and the Enterprise Agile Planning Module within the Strategic Planning Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Process Design and Support: Design and support processes within the SPM module of ServiceNow. Focus on Demand Management, Project Management, Agile methodologies, Financial Management, Project Workspace, and the Enterprise Agile Planning Module.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders across multiple businesses and gather technical and operational requirements from stakeholders.
- Solution Development: Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow instance. Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and standards. Lead the process of quality assurance testing before enhancements are moved to the production environment.
Qualifications we seek in you!
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Good hands‑on experience.
- Technical Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM ACC, and integration.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
