Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with MFDs & IFAs • Drive Gross Sales, Net Sales & AUM growth • Increase SIP book and NFO mobilization • Empanel new distributors and activate dormant partners • Conduct regular product presentations and distributor meetings • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual business targets (Senior roles will handle team management, regional strategy, and overall state-level performance.)

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Mutual Fund / AMC / Wealth Distribution Sales • Strong network in MFD / IFA channel preferred • NISM Certification Mandatory • Good communication & negotiation skills • Target-driven with strong market understanding
