Social Media Manager & Copywriter

Looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Social Media Manager cum Marketer who has experience in social media strategy, social media management and copywriting. As a social media manager, you'll manage online presence for our clients by developing and implementing the social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

● Design Marketing strategy for the clients

● Manage social media accounts for our clients and implement social media solutions

● Develop content ideas and social media content & execute the calendar

● Posting updates, creatives, responses, and various activities for boosting engagement

● Designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets, doing paid campaigns

● Monitor trends in social media, food, lifestyle/pop culture & apply that knowledge to create viral content

● Write good copies and caption on the required timeline

● Content ideation, development

● Assist with content production; Collaborate with the team to create an archive of social and video content

● Regularly track the performance of posts, drive insights and strategy

● Monitor and present relevant data, trends, and successes of what is happening in the industry

● Come up with collaboration ideas for cross branding

● Work with external teams for SMS / WA Marketing / events related to the industry

● Demonstrate ROI on all social media marketing efforts

● Manage the coordination with client / their team for the required approvals / strategies

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

● Experience: Min. 1 year in Social Media Marketing

● Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members

● A positive and well-organized individual with extreme attention to detail. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

● Fluent in oral & written English.

● Excellent internet research skills

● Mastery of the major social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook

● Experience with Canva and other content creating tools and video editing apps

● Have the ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment

Education/ Work Qualifications:

● Education background in marketing, mass communication or relevant fields

● Professionals with 1+ year experience in social media strategy, social media marketing or social media content creation

Role: Full-time, Work From Office

Location: Koregaon Park Pune.
