The Role: We are seeking a high-caliber Engineering General Manager to serve as a "Business Engineer" leader. This role is designed for a strategic professional who can merge technical mastery with commercial sharp-wittedness. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, managing the Business Development P&L, and establishing TWI as the most reliable technical partner in the Indonesian energy sector.

The Role: A Dual Challenge

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Expert in Asset Integrity who possesses the strategic discipline of a Project Manager. You will serve as the "Technical Authority," ensuring that sophisticated engineering analyses—such as RBI, FFS, and ECA—are translated into successful project delivery through meticulous manpower management and robust project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Subject Matter Expertise (SME):

- Technical Authority: Lead consultant for complex integrity assessments, including API 580/581 (RBI), API 579 (FFS), and Engineering Critical Assessments (ECA). - Advanced Analysis: Lead and validate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for critical industrial assets. - Compliance & Security: Ensure all engineering workflows and software validations align with ISA/IEC 62443 and ISO 27001 standards for industrial data security.

2. Project Leadership & Manpower Management:

- Project Lifecycle Management: Full ownership of technical and financial health, from initial budgeting and tender preparation to final execution. - Resource & Manpower Handling: Lead, mentor, and strategically deploy a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You are responsible for maintaining the high standards of our ISO-certified management systems. - Global Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary technical liaison for National Oil Companies (NOCs), Major Regulators, and International Oil Companies (IOCs).

Requirements :

- Education: Minimum Master's Degree (M.Tech/M.E/S2) in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Corrosion Engineering. - Experience: 7–15 years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals, with a proven track record in roles requiring both deep technical analysis and project leadership. - Technical Standards: Expert-level mastery of API 580/581, API 579, API 571, and ASME standards. - Management Skills: Strong ability to manage diverse manpower, project P&L, and complex schedules within an ISO-governed framework. - Mobility: Willingness to relocate to Indonesia (Full support for VISA/KITAS/Work Permit). - Communication: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
