Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead key financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role involves close collaboration with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, actionable insights, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Candidates should be adaptable and open to future international opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee FP&A operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries and strengthen customer relationships. Support the budgeting and financial planning processes in alignment with business goals and best practices. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and promoting skill development. Drive process improvements and implement best practices within the FP&A function. Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key business metrics and financial insights. Qualifications: CA Intern, CA Dropout, or CA Pursuing

MBA in Finance

(preferably in the final stage of the course). 5+ years of experience in finance roles, especially in FP&A or related areas. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
