Role -

Director - Fire & PA Business Unit

Direct the Fire & PA Business Unit across PAN India with strategic clarity and direction. Build, mentor, and align a diverse team including Product Leads, Sales Leaders, Techno Commercial and Support team. Establish structured review mechanisms, performance tracking, and disciplined business processes. Strengthen customer relationships, channel ecosystem, and market positioning. Ensure capability building, collaboration, and future-readiness of the business unit. Take ownership of business outcomes. Drive sales growth through strong planning, execution, and accountability. Managing OEM Relationships & Driving Brand Addition.
