We’re seeking an individual with both strategic foresight and operational discipline: someone who can craft tailored proposals, oversee delivery, and ensure client satisfaction while also managing critical aspects of invoicing and collections. The right candidate will be proactive, solution-driven, and passionate about shaping how clients experience and grow with Solique. Functional Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated relationship manager for assigned client accounts, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and continued engagement.
- Manage the complete client lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, service delivery alignment, invoicing, and collections.
- Understand client requirements in depth and propose a well-defined scope of services that aligns with Solique’s capabilities and solutions.
- Draft, review, and present client proposals and engagement documents with clarity and precision.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-service integration.
- Monitor client performance metrics and prepare regular updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor client accounts, track billing cycles, oversee timely invoicing, and support collections to ensure financial discipline
- Drive proactive communication, resolve client issues efficiently, and escalate challenges when necessary.
- Conduct periodic check-ins and client reviews to align with evolving business objectives.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless execution of commitments.
Personal Attributes and Experience
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge or certification in Zoho People.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, empathetic, and solution-driven mindset.
- Experience in drafting proposals and delivering client-facing documents.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or client success/account management roles preferred.
Qualifications Required
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Saas Based , Fintech, client success, account management, or consulting environments.
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent will be a plus.
Language
- Excellent proficiency in English is a must.
- Working knowledge of other Indian languages is an added advantage.
