Job Title: Thumbnail Designer - YouTube Thumbnails & Video Creatives Job Location: Aundh, Pune (On-Site) Company: Videoschool Media Job openings: 2 Salary Range: 18,000 to 26,000 per month

Our mission is to create impactful, engaging content, and we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and take our visuals to the next level.

Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who excels in creating compelling YouTube thumbnails and can also design other creatives and collaterals for our videos. The ideal candidate understands graphic design and user psychology and is passionate about YouTube and video content creation.

Responsibilities: Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive click-through rates Create engaging video assets such as overlays, end screens, and social media banners Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas Develop branding and graphic materials, including logos, presentations, and promotional designs Stay updated with design trends, YouTube best practices, and audience behavior to optimize visuals Handle multiple projects with efficiency, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Requirements: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio of YouTube thumbnails and video creatives A bachelor's degree is preferred, but so long as you are talented at designing and willing to grow in the field, we do not care what you have studied Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus) Strong understanding of user psychology and visual storytelling Ability to design for different platforms, including social media and YouTube Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Good command of both English and Hindi, with the ability to comprehend and work with content in both languages Passion for YouTube, videos, and content creation
