Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Accounts, located in Kamothe, Panvel. The Assistant Manager, Accounts will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, managing budgets, and supporting audits. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial functioning and provide insights for organizational growth.

Qualifications Proficiency in financial accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills Experience in audit preparation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards Proficiency in financial software such as Tally, ERP systems, and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CA/CMA/CPA) is a plus Prior experience in managing accounts, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry, is beneficial
