Manager - Medical Quality

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient/Customer Care
To Comply with the quality Process & policies of the respective area
To demonstrate effective application of technical & professional knowledge.
Process Orientation/Documentation
Coordination of Medical Councils: Infection Control, Medical Audit, Emergency
Preparedness, and Operation Room Users etc
Ensure meeting calendars are made
Review Minutes of Councils meetings
Identify gaps/help items
Provide feedback to operations/clinical departments
Accreditations:
NABH & JCI / any other internal external audits
Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation
Audits & QI projects
Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments
Provide feedback to departments
Support and implement QI projects
Closure of Non conformities
Support Legal Department in the management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.

Dissemination, Implementation
Train, Audits
Clinical Indicators
To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators
People Orientation
To demonstrate professional & courteous behavior to patients & co-workers
Cost & Revenue
To operate within budget cost.
Years of Experience:
8 to 10 years in a well-established super specialty hospital.
Qualifications:
MBPT/ BAMS/BDS/MBBS/ BUMS with minimum Post Graduate Qualifications in Hospital
Management or equivalent experience in Quality & Audit Role BBS/BDS. Preferably with PG Diploma in Hospital Management.
