Senior Graphics Designer - Part Time

Expansion Desk is hiring Senior Graphics Designer - Part Time (Remote Job). This is a senior-level opportunity for a designer who wants their work to drive real marketing performance — not just look good. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll own creative execution across digital campaigns, collaborate closely with strategy and marketing teams, and see the direct impact of your work through measurable results. This role offers creative autonomy, strategic involvement, and exposure to diverse clients and industries in a fast-paced agency environment. What You’ll Be Responsible For Designing high-impact creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, landing pages, and paid advertising Owning the creative process from concept through final execution Collaborating with marketing, social, web development, and analytics teams Ensuring all designs align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and performance goals Managing multiple projects and deadlines across different clients and industries

Tools & Platforms You’ll Work With Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign as needed) Canva Mailchimp Bravo or similar creative workflow tools (asset)

What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years of graphic design experience in a marketing or agency environment A portfolio demonstrating results-driven design work (social, email, web, paid ads) Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Experience designing with performance in mind (engagement, conversions, consistency) Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
