Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Unitech Cyberpark, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana Work Mode: On-site, Full Time Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities

Visual Ideation:

Translate content briefs into fresh, scroll-stopping visual ideas by leveraging strong visual imagination and design judgement. Layout & Asset Design:

Build layouts for posts, carousels, reel thumbnails, and digital campaign assets using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (motion tools are a plus). Creative Exploration:

Explore and present 2–3 distinct creative routes for each brief, balancing originality with brand objectives. Brand Consistency:

Maintain brand identity and visual language while pushing creative boundaries to ensure clarity, hierarchy, and voice across deliverables. Style Development:

Design style frames, iconography, and illustrations that strengthen campaign storytelling and elevate brand presence. Cross-Format Adaptation:

Adapt creative concepts seamlessly across multiple formats and platforms with a social-first mindset, ensuring visuals are engaging enough to stop the scroll. Collaboration:

Work closely with content strategists, copywriters, and other creatives to align design choices with campaign narratives and client objectives. Design Rationale:

Provide a clear, simple explanation of design decisions, ensuring every visual serves the message rather than just being “pretty.” Experimentation & Refinement:

Explore multiple creative approaches, discard ineffective directions, and refine the strongest concepts into pixel-perfect execution. End-to-End Execution:

Deliver designs that combine both high-level conceptual creativity and meticulous attention to detail at the execution stage. Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers by setting creative direction, reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high-quality output within timelines. End-to-End Ownership & Execution : Take complete ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring a balance of high-level creative thinking, attention to detail, and on-time execution.
