Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Customer Analytics Manager (Retention & LTV Focus). The individual in this role will manage customer analytics initiatives with a focus on improving customer retention and lifetime value (LTV). Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, performing data analytics, creating data visualizations, supporting business strategies through insights, and implementing retention-focused analytics models aligned with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
Knowledge of Statistics and experience in creating Data Visualizations
Proficiency in Analytics tools and methods to support data-driven decision-making
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience working in customer retention, LTV analysis, or related domains is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Excellent communication skills to translate complex insights into actionable business strategies
