Lead Trader – Build a Transparent Trading Community Type: Leadership / Partnership Role

PLEASE ONLY ACTIVE TRADERS WITH VERIFIED TRACK RECORD, PROP FIRM TRADERS WELCOME. NO RISK MANAGERS, TRADING OFFICE MANAGERS OR SIMILAR

We have build a community of tens of thousands of investors, and now want to utilize this to build a trading community focused on professional market discussion, transparency, and real trading performance, including copytrading on regulated broker platforms for our customers. To lead the trading side of the project, we are looking for an experienced Lead Trader who is willing to take a visible role and contribute to building a credible environment for traders, serious market participants and provide the copytrading and trades. This role is suited for a trader who values process, risk management, and transparency.

Requirements Track record of multiple years, third party verified (e.g. broker/exchange statements, myfxbook, fxblue) Minimum of 30%+ annual return rate Preferably experience with Tradingview or MT4/MT5 • Strong understanding of risk management • Ability to communicate market thinking clearly towards an audience • Professional mindset and long-term orientation

Responsibilities • Lead the copytrading on a regulated broker platform • Share market insights and trading perspectives with the community • Discuss trade setups, market structure, and risk management with the community • Contribute to building a culture of disciplined trading • Help develop the trading framework of the community • Potentially mentor or guide other traders

Markets / styles we welcome We are open to traders from different markets and approaches: • Forex • Futures • Indices • Options • Crypto • Discretionary macro traders • Systematic / algorithmic traders Short-term and longer-term traders are both welcome.

For traders who take a visible role in the community, performance should be transparent and verifiable. This can be through: • broker-generated statements • verified performance trackers • or a live trading record
