Hiring for Functional Project Management – Wealth Management PWGA (Premier Wealth Guidance & Advice)

Location: Any (Blr, chn, hyd, pune, Mumbai,Gurgaon) Exp 8-12yrs Notice Period: Immediate – 60 days Project Management Skills + Wealth Management + Digital transformation skills

Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver projects related to wealth customer onboarding journeys and Customer risk rating analysis Support programs linked to financial planning processes for wealth customers Lead and manage projects focused on digital onboarding journeys and wealth servicing through mobile applications. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end projects for customer onboarding and servicing. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences. Drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and cross-regional teams. Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence) to manage project execution. Implement robust project governance, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, and escalation processes. Identify risks and issues proactively and provide effective mitigation strategies. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional, cross-regional teams.

Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services related to Wealth Management. Proven experience managing digital onboarding and wealth servicing projects Strong understanding of customer journey design for onboarding and servicing workflows. Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and project governance best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Agile Scrum Master) will be an added advantage.
