Key Responsibilities: Manage the

Accounts Receivable (AR)

process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle

end-to-end invoicing

, including preparation, validation, and dispatch. Execute

Revenue Recognition

as per applicable accounting standards and company policies. Monitor

timely AR collection

from customers and follow up with debtors to ensure payments are received on schedule. Apply

bank receipts

accurately against corresponding invoices. Perform

bank reconciliations

for AR-related items and resolve discrepancies. Communicate effectively with customers to obtain

revenue confirmations

and address payment-related issues. Identify, track, and resolve

revenue disputes

promptly to avoid delays in cash flow.

Candidate Profile & Expectations: Experience:

4–6 years in Accounting / Accounts Receivable roles.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of

MS Excel

and

Google Sheets

. Familiarity with accounting software (Xero).

Soft Skills: Excellent

oral and written communication

skills. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, and Finance. Location:

Chennai
