Excellence Enablers Private Limited is a Corporate Governance advisory firm. We provide Indian companies with experience-based consultancy in areas relating to Corporate Governance. We also actively work on analysing Indian companies based on their Corporate Governance efforts, and ESG efforts. Our services include Board consultancy, training of Directors and KMPs, Board evaluation and Governance audits.

The role involves the following

- To write reports on topics relating to Corporate Governance. To analyse Annual reports and Stock Exchange filings of listed companies in India. To prepare compliance-related checklists based on the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. To analyse data for surveys. To research on topics relating to Corporate Governance, and for in-house newsletters. To prepare material for governance related training programmes. To collect information relating to Corporate Governance in Indian companies, and prepare short reports based on analysis. To draft governance related articles addressing common compliance errors and offering best-practice solutions for corporate audiences. To monitor news on matters relating to Corporate Governance both in India and internationally. To keep track of changes in Corporate Governance norms internationally.

Experience/ Qualifications Qualified CS, with experience in listed companies
