Role Summary We are looking for an experienced

Power Platform Developer

specializing in AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying advanced AI-powered workflows and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to solve complex business problems and delivering production-grade AI agents. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and orchestrator flows using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Generative AI Implementation: Configure Generative Answers and ground AI agents using enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, OneDrive, and websites to deliver contextual and accurate responses. Custom Actions & Integrations: Develop advanced Power Automate flows as plugins/skills for agents (e.g., API integrations, OCR, data retrieval). AI Model Integration: Utilize AI Builder for intelligent document processing, sentiment analysis, and object detection, integrating models into workflows. System Integration: Connect AI agents with enterprise systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SQL databases, and internal APIs via custom connectors and gateways. Performance Optimization: Monitor agent performance, analyze conversation transcripts, and refine topics, triggers, and responses to improve resolution rates and user experience. Responsible AI & Governance: Implement guardrails including content moderation, topic restrictions, and hallucination prevention. Conduct rigorous testing to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance. ALM & Deployment: Manage end-to-end lifecycle using Power Platform Solutions, environment variables, and connection references across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Required Technical Skills Copilot Studio Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with agent creation, orchestrator flows, topics, entities, and variable management in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Power Automate: Advanced expertise in building flows that integrate with AI agents and return dynamic outputs. Generative AI Knowledge: Solid understanding of: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt engineering Data grounding techniques

Experience Required 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Proven experience delivering at least

one production-level AI Agent or Chatbot solution

Nice to Have Experience with enterprise integrations and API design Knowledge of data platforms like Dataverse and SQL Exposure to AI governance and ethical AI practices
