NowVia is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior ITOM Developer to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.

Experience: 4+ Years

&

-> ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB

-> MID Server configuration, patterns, probes, and sensors

-> Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer

-> Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

-> Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and governance

-> Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions

-> Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB

-> Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow-supported protocols

-> Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and governance standards

-> Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve operational efficiency

-> Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure optimal performance

ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM) will be an added advantage.
