managing product variants within the ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across configurations. The role involves creating model versions, applying variability, validating BOMs, and releasing data to downstream systems. With strong ENOVIA expertise and attention to detail, the specialist delivers consistent product configurations aligned with customer and regulatory requirements. Experience required:

Core Responsibilities: Model Version Management

– Create model versions in the “In Work” state, freeze M1 to prevent BOM mismatches, and ensure assemblies are structured as 3DX node (M2) assemblies. Variability Application

– Link 3DX node assemblies to model versions and apply variability to parts using the “Engineering Release” widget in ENOVIA. BOM Filtering & Export

– Filter 100% BOM from the 150% Assembly and export the result as a CSV file. BOM Validation

– Validate BOM accuracy and consistency against model versions while ensuring compliance with configuration rules. Release Management

– Release variability to MDG/GEMS through “Change Action (CA)” and coordinate with downstream systems for integration.

Required Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly Engineering Release App. Proficiency in BOM management, product configuration, and variant handling. Analytical skills for BOM validation and error detection. Ability to collaborate across engineering and marketing teams. Attention to detail and process discipline in variant management workflows.
