Job Description: We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Consultant (JL9)

with strong expertise in

ITOM Discovery and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) . The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to ensure accurate CMDB population and dependency mapping, as well as supporting SPM modules for demand, project, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage

ServiceNow ITOM Discovery , including MID Server setup, schedules, and credential management. Ensure CMDB accuracy, reconciliation, and data governance aligned with best practices. Configure and support

ServiceNow SPM modules

(Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio Management). Integrate ITOM and SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, ITBM). Troubleshoot discovery issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support during UAT and go-live.

Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with

ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and SPM . Solid understanding of

CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow architecture . Experience with integrations, scripting (JavaScript), and ServiceNow workflows. ServiceNow certifications in

ITOM/SPM

are preferred. Ability to work independently and lead solution design discussions.
