Role Overview
We are looking for a
strategic and execution-driven HR Business Partner
to partner with business leaders in a fast-paced
tech product environment . The role requires deep expertise in
core HRBP functions , strong business acumen, and the ability to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in
product-based tech companies , understands agile environments, and can influence stakeholders while ensuring seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Act as a
trusted advisor
to business leaders on people strategy, org design, and workforce planning
Partner with leadership to drive
business-aligned HR initiatives
Provide insights on team effectiveness, productivity, and engagement
2. Performance Management & Talent Development
Drive the
performance management cycle
(goal setting, reviews, calibration)
Identify
high-potential talent
and build succession pipelines
Partner with L&D to implement
capability-building initiatives
3. Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and execute
employee engagement strategies
in a high-growth setup
Actively track
employee sentiment, attrition trends, and engagement metrics
Drive initiatives to improve
culture, retention, and employee experience
4. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
Handle
employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and sensitive cases
Ensure fair and consistent application of policies
Maintain a healthy and inclusive workplace environment
5. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage HR data to provide
actionable insights to leadership
Track key metrics such as
attrition, retention, hiring effectiveness, and engagement
Use data to influence business and people decisions
6. Organizational Development & Change Management
Support
org restructuring, change initiatives, and business transformations
Drive
culture-building initiatives
aligned with company values
Enable leaders through
change management frameworks
7. HR Processes & Compliance
Ensure smooth execution of
core HR processes and policies
Maintain compliance with
labor laws and internal governance frameworks
Continuously improve HR processes for scalability
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in
HRBP / Core HR roles
Must have experience in a Tech Product / SaaS organization
Strong understanding of
agile work environments and product teams
Proven ability to
influence senior stakeholders
Strong skills in
data interpretation and HR analytics
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in
high-growth or scaling organizations
is preferred
