Qualifications
Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Skills in negotiation, lead generation, and market analysis
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a customer-first approach
Knowledge of franchise models, investor relations, and compliance requirements is preferred
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Prior experience in growth strategy or franchise development is advantageous
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
